• Dear Aidyn,

  Happy late Thanksgiving!

           I'm so thankful for you, kiddo.  We went down to my parents' house to celebrate this year. It was a lot of fun to see all 4 of your cousins, Nina, Papa and Uncle Andrew.  GG and Great-Grandpa were there too!  We had some guests from Nina and Papa's church as well.  Their names were Becky and Dustin.  
           You've been sleeping 12 hours at night pretty consistently from about 8-8.   You are only drinking about 4-6 oz of milk from a bottle every day.  I think we are going to go to a sippie of milk in the next week or so.. then you will be a bottle-free baby!  You have your milk on the couch with us then brush teeth before bed.  You LOVE to brush your teeth- you will put your fingers in your mouth and move them up and down if we say it's time to brush!  You go to bed awake and hardly ever make a sound!  You're also taking 1 nap a day now, usually from about 10:30-12:30. 
           You have 8 teeth- 6 on top and 2 on the bottom.  I check every now and then.. you laugh at me and stick your tongue out when my finger's rubbing your gums.  You know 9 body parts and will say 6 of them.  You're still obsessed with bellies.  I think because mine is getting bigger... You repeat a lot of things I say now- you will say "ree da bit" when asked if you want to "read a book"... you know a lot more words too!  I've lost count... but I would guess that you say about 40 different words now.  We're working on "L" sounds.  You are so funny.. you stick your tongue out to try... then usually make a "D" sound.
           There are so many new things going on with you... you are so sweet- you give daddy and me kisses all the time.  You kiss my belly every time I say your brother is in there.  I love you.  You are so smart and funny... you have started crawling again, just for fun.  You love to crawl under/through anything... my legs, a cord, the table... and you are so proud of yourself too!
